Our pools start at $38,000 fully installed: excavation, shell, equipment, and standard coping. Most clients land between $42,000 and $55,000 depending on deck size and finish selections. We publish our pricing upfront because we think you deserve that before spending an hour on a sales call. We keep costs down by running lean: no showroom, no warehouse, no massive overhead. We source shells directly from the manufacturer and stay focused on a tight lineup of sizes. The savings go to you, not to our rent.

The shell is the shell. What goes around it is where most contractors cut corners. They advertise a low number to get you on the phone, then layer on upsells for lighting, tile, and decent equipment until you're paying the same as everyone else, just with more friction. We include waterline tile, LED lighting, and premium equipment on every build. The price we advertise is the price you pay. And because fiberglass is non-porous, the long-term maintenance story is better too: no replastering, no liner replacements, and about 15 minutes of weekly upkeep instead of the hour-plus a plaster or vinyl pool demands.

About four weeks from permit approval to swim-ready. That includes excavation, shell drop, plumbing, electrical, and equipment startup. Fiberglass is fast by nature; the shell arrives ready to drop, and we keep our project calendar tight on purpose. Compare that to three to six months for a custom gunite build.

Depends what you want it for. If you're after laps, no. If you want to cool off, entertain, and have something that looks great in your backyard without consuming it, yes. Our shells range from 6×12 to 12×24. Small enough to fit most yards, large enough to actually use.

That includes permits and inspections; we pull everything, coordinate with your municipality, and won't break ground until approvals are in hand. You don't have to manage a single conversation with the building department.
